We apologize if your order arrives damaged! Please message us within the first 3 days of receiving your order and we will send you a replacement or issue you a refund!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Peachy Pilea does accept cancellations within 24 hours of your order

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
